BIM기반 템플릿을 통한 국내 친환경 건축물인증제도 평가항목의 평가 환경 구축에 관한 연구

Abstract

As energy used in building increase, most countries are implementing the green building certification system with the interest in green building getting higher. Korea has currently implemented the green building certification system GBCC. However, GBCC has problems with manual, subjective, data omission due to the evaluation method in which the self-evaluation is first made in document and then field visit evaluation is performed. By proposing a BIM-based template, the study attempts to provide more objective, accurate for the green building certification system evaluation(GBCC).
