The study aims to investigate the relationship between movie ticket reservation and Internet buzz share. That is, the correlations between Internet buzz share of news sites, blog, Internet cafe, Internet video sites and movie ticket reservation rates are analyzed. Using buzz share of blog, cafe, Q&A, news, video services in Naver, a representative portal of Korea, the correlations are analyzed empirically. The results show that there are positive correlations between buzz shares and markets share of movies. Among various Internet buzz channels, buzz shares of blogs and Internet cafe are more increased as market shares of movies increases.
