Abstract
This letter proposes a new intelligent semiconductor transformer (IST) which consists of a bidirectional ac/dc resonant converter, dc/dc converter, and dc/ac converter. This structure provides good voltage-balancing performance on the high-voltage side and a simple control method for bidirectional power flow. The proposed IST was verified though building and testing a single-phase 2 kVA (1.9 kV rms/127 V rms) prototype. A three-phase transformer can be implemented with three units of the proposed IST. 이 편지는 양방향성 액 / 디시 공진형 컨버터와 디시 / dc 컨버터와 디시 / 교류 변환기로 구성되는 새로운 지적 반도체 트랜스포머 (IST)를 제안한다. 이 구조는 고전압 부분에 대한 좋은 전압-평형 성능과 양방향 전력 조류를 위한 단순 제어 방법을 제공한다. 싱글-피하세 2 kVA (1.9 코프 rms/127 V 르엠에스) 프로토타입을 구축하고 시험할지라도 제안된 IST는 검증되었다. 3상 변압기는 제안된 IST의 3 유닛으로 채워질 수 있다.
