CM을 활용한 클레임 최소화 방안 연구 -클레임 중재사례 분석을 기반으로-

Abstract

Construction projects, by its nature, are involved by various stakeholders in construction phase. Conflicts sometimes arise between stakeholders. Besides, their interests clash may be embroiled in a legal dispute. These legal disputes is closely connerted with cost, and it means cost management has many problems. This study includes a research and analysis on 89 arbitration-cases from Korean Commercial Arbitration Board between 2000 to 2010. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is not only identifying the types of claims but minimizing the claims as analyzing arbitration-cases from Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Consequently, we will suggest how to utilize CM(Construction Management) on these issues.
