In order to dispose of others’ property right, a seller should have a ground of claim. In addition, register needs to be done in order. Therefore various legal issues occur among people when register takes place without a ground of claim and a broker. The following example offers a further explanation. B sells A’s X land to C without authorization and land registration directly transfers from A to C. The case provides an issue regarding whether or not C is able to have the ownership of the land rises.
