Pleomorphic adenomas arising from nonsalivary glands are not common, whereas they are the most common of all salivary gland tumors. They have been reported to arise from the nasal septum, maxillary sinus, lacrimal gland, etc. However, no cases of pleomorphic adenoma involving the nasal ala have been reported. We present a case of pleomorphic adenoma arising from a nasal ala. The adenoma was excised without causing any deformity and there was no recurrence during a 6-month follow-up.en_US
