역사적 건축물의 보존과 활용에 관한 고찰-선행연구의 사례를 중심으로-

Abstract

This study aims to identify the previous research by analyzing the case data used in the previous studies made so far on the conservation and utilization of historical buildings and use them in future as the basic data for the plan for conservation and utilization of historical buildings. As to the research method, this researcher conducted a re-analysis by recombining the case data collected by each researcher focusing on the dissertations published from 1980s to the present. The 149 buildings collected for investigation were investigated for the year of construction, year of change, functional change, conservation type and utilization type, the SPSS PC+ 18.0 program was used as the analysis tool to conduct a frequency analysis. The research results can be summarized as follows. 1) By country, twenty countries such as South Korea, Japan, China, Iran, the United States, Argentina, Mexico, the U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Spain, Turkey, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland and Hungary were included in this research, and Asia showed the highest ratio by continent. 2) The most common years of construction of the historical buildings were between 1901 and 1940, the first decades of the twentieth century. The years between 1981 and 1990 and between 2001 and 2010 accounted for more than 50% of the entire years of change. 3) In the functional analysis, the existing function appeared to be in the order of work function, industry function, culture function and public institutions function. 4) In the conservation type, the ratio of improvement and conservation was high, and the ratio of the exclusive use type was high in the utilization type.
