출산장려복지정책을 반영한 SPPS(Smart Parenting Platform Service) 산업형 어플리케이션 비즈니스 모델 연구

Abstract

최근 스마트폰, 스마트패드 등 신규 스마트디바이스의 보급이 급속히 확산되고 됨에 따라 스마트라이프 시대가 본격적으로 시작되고 있다. 이에 발맞춰 디자인기술 역시이러한 사회적 요구에 부응하여 다학제간 융합기술을 통한 선제적 기술개발에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 분산된 콘텐츠를 한 곳의 영역에서 제공할 수 있는 콘텐츠 유통 허브의 장을 마련하는 것은 역량 있는 중소디자인기업들의 국내외 신규시장 발굴과 유기적 수익창출에 있어 매우 중요한 과제라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 국내외 스마트콘텐츠 시장의 요구와 더불어 현재 우리나라의 주요정책과제의 하나인 저출산 극복 출산장려복지정책을 반영한 SPPS (Smart Parenting PlatformService)를 활용한 산업형 어플리케이션 비즈니스모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 여성, 어린이, 다문화가정의 국제결혼 여성 등 사회적 약자를 포함하는 사용자에게 다양한문화적 이해와 기술적 구현을 가능하게 하여 디자인 전문기술이 미래 산업의 부가가치창출과 복지국가 실현이라는 공공의 이익을 창출할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 범용성 기술이 될 수 있다는 가능성에서 출발하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 제안하는 ‘출산장려복지정책을 반영한 SPPS 산업형 어플리케이션 비즈니스 모델’은 관련 중소기업의경제적인 수익창출 뿐만 아니라 글로벌 마켓 형성을 통한 국가산업의 수익 창출, 나아가 다학제 융합 디자인기술을 통해 국가의 저(低)출산 극복 정책에 부응하여 국가발전이바지에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.Recently, as the prevalence of smart devises is rapidly spreading, the age of the Smart life is on its way. Many industrial companies are very interested in developing design technical skills, which help in spreading the contents provision through utilizing multidisciplinary approach. It is very significant task to create the core sector of contents’ distribution, which might be able to provide the space to collect dispersed contents within it. The development of this service produces the economic profit of small and medium-sized businesses of ability. Also, the research will try to propose one of the latest hot issues in Korea, childbirth encouragement welfare policy, applying industrial application business model, applying SPPS(Smart Parenting Platform Service). This service might be utilized for vulnerable members of society, including such as females, children, international marriage women immigrants, who effectively understand different cultural aspects through using this application service. As the result, the researcher anticipates that this service contributes to the economic profit of related companies and national industry through constructing global markets. In addition to economic profit from diverse perspectives, the service might make a great contribution to policies in response to low fertility for country.
