A 58-year-old man with right upper quadrant pain was referred to the radiology department. The patient underwent computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, which suggested the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer invading the liver. After surgical removal of the gallbladder, and the adjacent liver parenchyma was performed, the histologic diagnosis of IgG4-related cholecystitis was made. (C) 2013 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
