Abstract
Abstract In order to optilnize the Shearing dies considering tool wear, the rigid plastic finitcdcrnent method end Taguchi method were ernp] oyed. During the fEM simulation of 8hearing process, the sheet is sheared by the normalized Cockroft-Latharn duchle fracture critedon and the wear depths of tools are calculated by the Archard's wear model. The L16 orthogonal alTay and Srnauer-the-bctter characteristics are USed in the die ophrnization by Taguchi method. The optimization of shearing die for the phoshoper bronze sheet shared by tungsten carbide tools the difference in the clearance only between 6% of the sheet thickness in the case of the consideration of tool wear and 5% of the sheet thickness in the case of regardless of tool wear.
