dc.description.abstractThe article discusses aspects of the Act on the Punishment of Crimes in the International Criminal Law enacted in South Korea. It examines the genocidal intent in the provisions relating to crime against humanity and command responsibility in the Act and the process of incorporation and execution of international treaties in South Korea as well as the application of mutatis mutandis in the Act. It also cites the purpose of the cooperation between the International Criminal Court (ICC) and Korea.en_US
