Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 신입사원 입문교육의 학습 환경 구성요인에 대한 학습자의 인식과 만족도와의 관계를 분석하여 입문교육의 설계 및 운영에 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 CIPP 평가모형을 적용하여 국내 H그룹(기업집단)의 신입사원 171명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 신입사원 입문교육에 참여한 학습자의 인식은 ``교육환경``, ``교육요구수준``, ``교육성과``, ``교육진행``, ``교육지원``, ``교육관리``, ``교육활동`` 순으로 도출되었다. 한편, 신입사원 입문교육 만족도의 유의미한 요인은 ``교육성과``, ``교육관리``, ``교육진행``, ``교육요구수준``, ``교육활동`` 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교육환경, 내용과 같은 과정(process) 범주에 해당하는 요인이 주요한 만족도 요인으로 인식되었던 기존의 연구와는 다른 맥락으로, 향후 신입사원 입문교육 프로그램을 설계, 개발함에 있어 직무역량 함양, 조기적응력 촉진, 핵심가치 습득과 같은 교육 목적 달성을 우선적으로 지향해야 함을 시사한다.The purpose of this study is to improve performance and reinforce competitiveness through the effective new employee training program by analysing the factors that have relevance to new employee training program`s satisfaction. For this study, CIPP(Context-Input-Process-Product) evaluation model was used and the questionnaire was asked to 171 learners who participated in the new employee training program by H corporation(Business Group). Descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression analysis were conducted to obtain the results. The results of this study are as follow. First, critical factors affecting learners` satisfaction were in the order of ``training environment``, ``training needs``, ``training performance`` ``training progressing``, ``training support``, ``training management`` and ``training activity``. Second, the variables that have relevance to course satisfaction of new employee`` satisfaction were ``training performance``, ``training management``, ``training progressing``, ``training needs``, and ``training activity``. Also, ``training environment`` is considered important. However, focusing on result of training and training activities that adapted various teaching methods and strategies which considering learners` characteristics has more positive influence on entrance training. Third, ``training activity`` and ``training management`` should be more highlighted in that they considerably influence the participants` satisfaction yet the recognition level of participants on them were relatively low. Prior to this, organization support system must be established. The result of this study is expected to contribute to suggesting the essential factors to design and manage new employee training programs.
