여성의 감성특성을 고려한 병동부 평가에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 여성의 감성특성을 파악하고 여성병원의 현황에 대한 만족도를 파악하여 여성의 감성적 특성을 고려한 여성병원 병동부계획의 방향을 제공하는 것이다. 여성병원 병동부의 감성특성은 선행연구 분석을 통해 쾌적성, 심미성, 자연친화성, 프라이버시, 친밀성, 상호교류, 적응성의 8가지로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 조사결과를 토대로 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 병동부 전반적인 감성 특성만족도에서 병실, 휴게실, 복도의 쾌적성이 높게 나타난 반면휴게실과 복도의 적응성이 낮게 나타났다. 감성특성 중 심미성의 경우 전반적인 분위기보다 가구와 예술품에 대해 불만족하였다. 프라이버시의 경우 병실에서는 타환자의 방문객에 대해 불만족하였고 휴게실에서는 세부영역표시에 대해 불만족하였다. 또한 상호교류의 경우 병실에서는 보호자 수면공간에 대해 불만족하였고 휴게실에서는 컴퓨터·인터넷 이용에 대해 불만족하였다. 또한 적응성의 경우 전반적으로 불만족하였으며 특히 휴게실과 복도의 취미공간·프로 그램에 대해 불만족하였다. The purpose of this study is to grasp women`s sensibility characteristics and satisfaction factors of the environment of women`s hospitals and suggest the direction to plan wards in women`s hospitals in consideration of women`s sensibility characteristics. The sensibility characteristics of wards in women`s hospital are classified into 8 categories; freshness, aesthetic, nature-friendliness, privacy, closeness, social intercourse, and adaptability on the basis of the analysis on precedent studies. The conclusion based on the result of this examination is as follows. In general, satisfaction rates on the freshness of lounge and corridor areas are relatively higher.
