여중생 학교폭력 가담자 특성에 대한 현상학적 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 학교폭력 현상에서 점차 문제가 심각해지고 있는 여자 청소년에 대해서 현상학적인 측면에서 이들의 주관적 경험과 의미를 구조화 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 학교폭력에 가담하여 경찰청과 교육청으로부터 의뢰된 여자 중학생들을 대상으로 하여 학교폭력 경험들에 대한 질적 면담을 실시하고 현상학적 분석을 실시하여 이들이 경험하는 폭력의 의미를 이해하고자 하였다. 분석의 영역은 크게 세 가지로 폭력행위 이전의 경험과 가담 당시의 경험, 가담 후 처벌에 관한 경험이었다. 첫째, 폭력행위 이전 경험에 대한 분석결과는 ‘싸움에 대한 정보획득’과 ‘싸움 참여에 대한 결정 과정’ 영역으로 구분하였다. 둘째, 폭력행위 가담 당시의 경험분석에서는 ‘참여당시의 상황’, ‘싸움에 대한 개인적 신념’, ‘참여 당시의 정서’, ‘참여 행동 방식’으로 구분하였다. 셋째, 폭력행위 가담 후의 처벌에 관한 경험 분석에서는 ‘처벌과정에 대한 인식’, ‘처벌에 관한 정서’로 구분하였다. 마지막으로 결과에 대한 연구의 의의, 제한점을 제시하였다.This study was carried out for the purpose of investigating Characteristics for Middle school girls' Participation||||to School Violence. For these purposes, qualitative interviews with ten middle school girls who had been punished||||of middle school violence were taken. Data from the interview were analyzed using theme analysis||||method. Results showed that before school violence experiences, participants' experiences were categorized as||||(1) Obtaining information about the violence (2) Worrying about whether she have to participate fighting in||||group. During the school violence experiences, participants' experiences were categorized as (1) A way to participate||||in fighting (2) Situation at the time of the violence (3) Feelings at the time of the violence (4) The||||meaning of participating to fight. After the school violence experiences, participants' experiences were categorized||||as (1) Feelings immediately after violence (2) Awareness about the process of punishment after violence||||(3) Awareness about the relationship with teachers and parents (4) Awareness about law in relation to violence.||||Implications of these results were discussed with focus on applicability of the program and counseling.
