러시아 이슬람의 지역 정체성과 이슬람 단체 특성 연구

Abstract

본 논고는 볼가지역과 북카프카스 지역에서 나타난 종교의 지역적 정체성이 정치, 사회, 문화에 어떠한 상호 연관 관계를 가지고 있는지를 러시아 이슬람의 역사적 기원과 특성, 포스트소비에트 시기의 러시아 무슬림 단체들의 경향, 일부 지도자들의 이념을 통해 규명하는 시도이다. 즉 러시아 이슬람의 역사적 동학과 현재적 상황을 분석하고, 북카프카스-볼가 지역의 이슬람을 전체적 관점에서 해석하며, 러시아 지방에서의 이슬람 단체의 특성 및 상호 관계, 그리고 지도자들의 이념적 정향성 등을 통해 러시아 이슬람의 지역 정체성을 연구한다. 볼가와 카프카스 지역에서 태동하였던 이슬람의 다양한 방향성과 분파, 그리고 무슬림 단체 이념도 러시아 제국주의의 역사적 유산에서 태동되어 오늘날 까지 진행되고 있는 정치적, 사회적 현실에 투영되어있는 것이며, 이는 러시아 지역 사회에서 광범위한 문화적 인식으로 합류되었다. 러시아 이슬람의 현재적, 미래적 모습은 러시아 무슬림들의 이념적 변천을 살필 수 있는 데에 결정적 도움이 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서, 러시아 이슬람의 역사성, 기원성, 현재성, 그리고 미래적 방향성은 러시아 및 유라시아 사회를 이해하는 데 매우 중요한 척도가 될 것으로 판단된다. This articles attempts an Russian islam`s regional identity and islam`s organization examining particularly Volga and North Caucasus`s historic process of islam ideology in relation to Imperial Russia and very important organization, for example, RCM and CSBM. This paper aims to evaluate various ideology concepts of Islam focussed on wahabism in North Caucasus and european islam`s ideology in Tatarstan Republic. Above all I mainly dealt with the islam`s political role related to Russian government and religious tolerance between Russian government and some muslim society. At first, I investigated some views relating in islam`s extremist against government. Since the first Chechen war, the North Caucasus has encountered the extremist`s ideas known as Wahabism. Chapter II investigates Russian islam`s historic dynamics of Russian government and the present islamic surroundings. Chapter III reviews islamic identity in North Caucasus and Volga, the feature of islam`s organization. The aim of this article is to present totally russian`s islamic surroundings relating to religious coexistence between Russian federation and some North Caucasus Autonomy Republics.
