Abstract
With the rapid development of China's dual income families as a common family structure and the rapid development of the IT industry, the work family conflict of IT employees is becoming more and more serious. IT employees as the main body of innovation in high-tech industry, when they face the conflict between work and family, their job satisfaction has to be deeply affected, thus it becomes the key and bottleneck of restricting the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, how to reduce the IT employees' work family conflict and improve their job satisfaction, has become a high-tech industry IT enterprises urgently needing to solve the problems and deepening the academic research propositions, especially the study of family conflict on IT staff of the China academic industry relatively few cases. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of work family conflict (WFC) and job stress on job satisfaction. It also studied the moderating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between work family conflict, job stress and job satisfaction. This study collected data through questionnaires, analyzed data by using correlation analysis, regression analysis and others, and obtained the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant statistical difference between the IT industry employees’ work family conflict and job satisfaction in some demographic variables
(2)There exists significant negative correlation between the IT industry employees work family conflict and job satisfaction
(3)There exists significant negative correlation between the IT industry employees job stress and job satisfaction
(4)IT industry employees perceived organizational support can weaken the negative influence of work family conflict on job satisfaction and job stress on job satisfaction
