A Study of the User Friendly Navigation for Healthcare Facilities in Pakistan based on Design Determinants, Spatial Organization, and Aereal Distribution

Abstract

Navigational Design mechanism of clinical setting is one of the fundamental criteria for healthcare project success. In Pakistan, majority of the general healthcare project are currently undergoing an up gradation and the upcoming healthcare projects are been designed according to the international standards of navigation quality and management which are required from the healthcare building. Thus here the focus is on creating the optimal conditions for innovation in healthcare considering the local context of Pakistan, which has to do with team dynamics, standard processes and quality tools. Here in this thesis we described the key characteristics of a successful healthcare innovation mindset and introduce the approach and a set of methods and tools, which could be used for other research. The concept of Muda and 5S is applied to House of Quality, which translates the voice of customers collected from questionnaire into quality improvement for healthcare facility. As a result the research sought standards for geometry and 1-3 number of 90o turns appropriate for current health design solutions for Pakistan.; 임상 설정의 탐색 설계 메커니즘은 의료 프로젝트 성공의 기본 기준 중 하나입니다. 파키스탄에서는 일반 보건 의료 프로젝트의 대부분이 현재 그라데이션을 거치고 있으며 향후 의료 프로젝트는 의료 건물에서 요구되는 탐색 품질 및 관리의 국제 표준에 따라 설계되었습니다. 따라서 여기서 초점은 팀 역학, 표준 프로세스 및 품질 도구와 관련이있는 파키스탄의 지역 맥락을 고려하여 의료 혁신의 최적 조건을 창출하는 데 있습니다. 여기이 논문에서 우리는 성공적인 의료 혁신 마인드의 핵심 특성을 설명하고 다른 연구에 사용될 수있는 방법과 도구의 접근법과 일련의 방법을 소개합니다. Muda 및 5S의 개념은 건강 관리 시설의 질적 향상으로 설문지에서 수집 한 고객의 목소리를 번역하는 House of Quality에 적용됩니다. 결과적으로 연구는 파키스탄에 대한 현재의 건강 설계 솔루션에 적합한 기하학 및 1-3 회 90o 전환 수에 대한 표준을 모색했습니다.
