- 본 연구에서는 BIM (Building Information Modeling) 활용효과에 대한 정량적 분석을 통해 활용방안을 제시하고자함. 2D 도면으로 설계가 이루어진 프로젝트에 BIM을 활용한 설계검토과정을 도입함으로써 시공 이전에 설계오류에 대하여 BIM의 도입으로 인한 설계오류절감 비용을 산출하여 도입 효과를 증명함.
