| dc.description.abstract | NAND 플래시 메모리 저장장치의 성능평가 및 최적화 작업을 위해 채널 버스 utilization 의 정확한 측정이 필요하다. 그러나 NAND 플래시 제어기 내부 유한 상태 기계의 현재 상황을 참조하지 않고서는 버스의 사용 시간 및 세부동작을 알아내기 힘들기 때문에 utilization 을 측정하는데 어려움이 따른다. 이에 본 논문에서는 NAND 플래시 제어기의 내부 신호를 참조하지 않고도 공유버스의 utilization 을 측정할 수 있는 간단하면서 효과적인 기법을 제시한다. 이 기법은 NAND 플래시의 CE 와 R/B 신호를 이용하는 방법으로, 약 0.2 % 미만의 오차로 공유버스의 utilization 이 측정된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. | en_US |
