dc.description.abstractAccording to the latest population aging is increased, modifications of homes due to changes in physical function during the life cycle occupied housing is in demand. Home improvement project has been implemented since 2009 in Korea. Knowledge-based BIM is to use design knowledge information in the form of declared information such as design rules, parametric constraints, parametric objects when BIM applications are used. In this study, we propose a scenario of integrated design support system in knowledge BIM environment for disabled residents through renovated spatial elements priorities with behavior of the disabled.en_US
