When we consider history studies of Six Dynasties(六朝) in Korea during the last twenty years(1995 to 2015), we can easily find out four remarkable research trends, (1) an increasing of interdisciplinary researches, (2) growing interest in Korea-China relation history, (3) an increasing number of researcher and published thesis and (4) downswing of socio-economic history and improving of cultural history. This new trends certainly reflect in a sense practical research conditions, especially ideological constraint lessened in history studies. Many researchers still have interest in relation history, relation between Korea and China, Chinese dynasties and barbarians, central government and local military authorities, local government and the natives in frontier in Six Dynasties. Almost all scholars agree that recent published thesis often skip earlier studies on the excuse for lack of space, but completeness and quality of the paper must in no way be compromised. Researchers studies history of Six dynasties have to engage with new materials from this time forward not only the written sources and the epitaph, carved stones(石刻) but also excavated wooden-strip for example Zoumalou-wujian(走馬樓吳簡). To do that, a collaborative research project will be better a separate research.en_US
