dc.description.abstract본 연구는 교육복지 활동과 관련하여 학교와 지역사회 간의 연계협력에 대한 체계적인 평가가 필요하다는 인식에 따라, 학교와 지역사회 간의 연계협력 수행을 파악할 수 있는 도구로 CIPP 평가모형을 적용한 4 단계(맥락, 투입, 과정, 결과) 영역별 평가지표를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 학교의 지역사회 연계협력 활동에 대한 연구와 분석에 기초하여 평가항목을 수집하고, 두 차례의 전문가 평가를 통해 평가영역 및 문항을 설정하였다. 33개교에 소속된 437명(학교장, 교육복지 담당자, 교사, 학부모, 학생)을 대상으로 한 예비 검사와 본 검사를 통하여 맥락(C) 단계에서는 13문항, 투입(I) 단계에서는 20문항, 과정(P) 단계에서는 15문항, 결과(P) 단계에서는 13문항이 선택되어 단계별 연계협력 수행평가 지수 산출에 활용되었다. 본 연구결과는 학교단위에서 이루어지는 교육복지 관련 연계협력 활동을 종합적으로 평가하고 단계별로 피드백을 제공하는 자료로 활용이 가능하며, 단위학교가 처한 환경을 고려한 효과적인 지원에 유용한 도구가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation indicator for school-community networking in educational welfare programs. To achieve this purpose, utilizing the CIPP evaluation model, evaluation criteria and evaluation items for school-community networking were selected, and then an evaluation indicator was developed. The processes of th is study were as follows: First, evaluation items we re collected from literature reviews of the CIPP evaluation model and a CIPP evaluation model checklist. Second, the first item-analysis was analyzed by the academic specialists in the field of educational welfare programs. Third, the second item-ana lysis was analyzed by the field specialists of educational welfare programs. Fourth, a temporary evaluation criteria and items were set by the first item-analysis and the second item- analysis. Then, a preliminary test and the second test was conducted by 437 members(principals, educational welfare specialists, teachers , students, and parents) from 33 schools in nationwide . The results of this study were as follows: In context evaluation, 13 items were selected and calculate d into the performance score of this step; in input evaluation , 20items; in process evaluation, 15 items; in product evaluation, 13 items.en_US
