This study aimed to investigate visitor satisfaction and economic feasibility of Theme Museum Project in Jung-gu, Incheon. The targeted museums include Jajangmeyon Museum, Open Port Museum and Open Port Modern Architecture Museum. Also, for an objective evaluation, two newly built museums such as Korean-Chinese Cultural Center and Sudoguksan Museum of Housing & Living in adjacent area were also included as targets. The results of visitor satisfaction analysis are as of following. (1) There are some differences between satisfaction evaluation factors and intention to revisit of two target groups. (2) Indoor comfort, exterior of building, balance in appearance and exhibition and satisfaction from historical exterior have positive effects on overall satisfaction of reused cultural heritage. (3) Overall cleanliness, aesthetic values, exterior of buildings and balance in appearance and exhibition have positive effects on overall satisfaction. (4) In both reused cultural heritage and newly built facilities, overall satisfaction has positive effects on intention to revisit. Economic feasibility analysis result showed that 4 museums had B/C ratio exceeding 1, and net benefit greater than 0. It implies that they are economically feasible. In consequence, it is evident that the urban regeneration strategy should consider more than cultural assets in cities.en_US
