시뮬레이션기반 수업 참여 간호학생의 디브리핑 인식유형: Q-방법론적 접근

Abstract

본 연구는 간호학생의 디브리핑 인식에 관한 주관성을 파악함으로써 디브리핑에 대한 이해를 증진하고 간호지식과 기술을 습득할 수 있는 실무학습의 효과적인 교수전략 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 Q방법론을 적용하여 시도 되었다. 연구의 목적은 간호학생이 생각하는 디브리핑 인식유형을 발견하고 그 유형별 특성과 구조를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구 방법은 디브리핑과 관련된 33개 진술문을 시뮬레이션 수업에 참여한 간호학생 34명이 분류한 후, 수집된 자료들을 QUANL 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 분류된 디브리핑 인식유형은 모두 5가지(실무경험완성 형, 자기주도 형, 비판적사고 형, 성찰 형, 협동 형)로 나타났으며 이들 유형에 의해 설명된 전체 변량은 55.9%였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 인식유형의 특성을 반영하여 문제해결학습 교수전략 디자인과 학습자 중심 디브리핑 운영의 기초자료로 사용할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to understand nursing students' perception of debriefing and to provide fundamental data for effective teaching strategies. The purpose of this study is to identify subjective types and structures of the nursing students’ experience after simulation-based learning. In a Q-methodological approach, 34 nursing students rank ordered 33 statements about debriefing in a distribution grid. The collected data was analyzed by using a QUANL program. The analysis identified five types of the nursing students' debriefing experience: (1)The Clinical Experience Completion Type, (2)The Self-Directed Type, (3)The Critical Thinking Type, (4)The Reflection Type and (5)The Teamwork Type. The cumulative of this study was 55.9%. The finding could be used for designing student-centered simulation learning activities and problem solving method in teaching.
