도시 공공공간 디자인 평가 지표 도출 및 개선 방안 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 공공공간의 개선 방안을 위하여 고려되어야 하는 평가 지표를 도출하고 공무원/학계 및 실무자 측면에서중요도를 비료/분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 공공공간의 특성에 따른 계획항목을 선행연구를 바탕으로 도출하고, 세부지표들을 선별 후 전문가그룹인터뷰(FGI : Focus Group Interview)를 통하여 도출과정의 적합성과 도출된 항목들에 대한 부적합여부를 논의하고, 합의된 항목만을 선정하였다. 선정된 지표는 전문가 설문을 통한 계층적 의사결정법(AHP : Analytic Hierachy Process)을 실시하여 중요도를 분석하고 종합순위를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 공공공간의 중요도는 실무 전문가의경우 사용성, 공공성, 환경성, 연계성, 정체성, 공간성 순으로 나타났으며, 공무원/학계는 사용성, 환경성, 연계성, 정체성, 공간성, 공공성 순으로 나타났다. 또한 종합분석 결과 우선순위에서 실무 전문가는 안전성을 가장 중요한 요소로 인식했으며, 공무원/학계는 청결성이 가장 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 향후 공공공간의 개선 방안을 위한 계획적인 고려사항 및 평가로 활용될 수 있는 지표로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 공공공간의 디자인가이드 라인으로 제시될 수 있다. This study obtains design assessment indexes that should be considered in order to improvements of the public space was to analysis the importance in the public officials/academics and practitioners side. Obtained assessment topics in accordance with characteristic of public space through previous research to them and after a detailed selection indicators was so lead through the FGI. Derived surface was subjected to the significance analysis AHP through the survey expert. For this study, the importance of the public space are working professionals usability, publicness, environment, connectivity, identity, spatiality the order, public officials/academics usability, environment, connectivity, identity, spatiality, publicness the order. In addition, professionals working in the comprehensive analysis of the most important priority was to recognize safety, public officials/academics of the most important element appeared to have cleanliness. The results obtained in this study will be used as an index that can be used in planning and evaluation for consideration of the next improvement of public space.
