Abstract
近年、高強度コンクリートの利用が増加する中、欠損の補修方法の確立が必要である。本研究では、高強度コンクリートに適応可能な断面補修材による補修方法の確立を目的として、圧縮載荷時の材料間に生じるひずみ差に注目し、補修材の接着性と補修材下地の状況、母材コンクリートの強度、補修材の材料物性との関係について検討を行った。結果、補修材打設面の粗度向上に伴い補修材の接着性は向上すること、吸水調整剤は有効な接着性向上の手段となること、母材となるコンクリートの強度差や補修材の強度差が補修材の接着性に与える影響は支配的なものではないこと、補修材の収縮率と接着性には相関があることが確認された。 The present study aims to suggest a repair method for high-strength concrete using an appropriate repair material. Adhesion of repair material has been investigated by measuring strain differences between the repair material and the high strength concrete under compression. Adhesion of repair material to high-strength concrete is improved by the rough surface of the base concrete. Furthermore, it is shown that water absorption control agent enhanced the adhesion between the repair material and the concrete. There is also a correlation between the degree of shrinkage and adhesion property of repair material. On the other hand, it is demonstrated that strength difference between the repair material and the concrete have less effect on the bond property of the repair material.
