Service Science Trend and Paradigm

Abstract

This study is to present establishing a new paradigm that is rarely explored in service science discipline. The development of service science paradigm can be described by radical and far-reaching structural changes. Service science definitions for developing a paradigm and a conceptual framework in service science are explored. Concept and its paradigm of service science are reviewed and the related works are analyzed for exploring service science knowledge domain research. A content analysis is utilized to analyze such researches and agenda in the service science discipline. The analysis results are evaluated and discussed in order to enhance the study implications and applicability. The results provide the academicians and practitioners with valuable insights for progressing the researches and activities in service science disciplines. 본 연구는 서비스 사이언스에 관한 현 연구 추세 및 패러다임을 개발하고 탐색하는데 있다. 본연구의 목적은 서비스 사이언스의 다양한 정의를 고찰하고, 서비스 사이언스의 연구 방향을 제시할 패러다임을 설정하며, 이를 통해 서비스 사이언스 영역에서의 가치를 공동 창출하기 위한 전략적 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스 사이언스의 개념 및 패러다임이 고찰되고 관련 선행 연구들이 서비스 사이언스의 지식 도메인을 연구하기 위해 분석 되고 탐색되었다. 내용분석을 통하여 서비스 사이언스 분야에 대한 연구 아젠다 및 연구동향이 분석되었다. 분석 결과가 연구의 함의 및 향후 적용 가능성 관점에서 평가되고 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 서비스 사이언스 분야에 대한 연구 및 활동을 진일보시키기 위한 통찰력을 제시하는데 이의가 있다.
