dc.description.abstract본 연구는 중국인의료관광객이 계속 증가하고 있는 시점에서 미용성형관광 행동을 파악하기 위해 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제감, 예상정서, 열망, 행동의도로 구성된 목표지향적 행동모델에 의료관광서비스품질과 나르시즘, 한류스타 매력성을 추가하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 한국에서 미용성형관광을 고려해 본 적이 있는 중국인으로 485명의 유효한 표본을 확보하였고 AMOS를 이용한 구조방정식 모델을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 모형적합도 지수들이 모두 기준에 부합한 것으로 나타나 최종모형으로써 적합성이 확인되었으며, 총 9개의 가설 중 8개의 가설이 유의하게 나타났고 1개의 가설은 부분적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 목표지향적 행동모델을 확장하여 중국인 미용성형관광객의 행동의도에 대한 요인을 통합적으로 밝히는 새로운 모형을 구축하였고 마케팅 시사점을 제시하였다. This is a study on the factors that influence behavior intention of cosmetic surgery tourism in the current situation where Chinese medical tourists, are increasing particularly by using the model of goal-directed behaviors including attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, expected emotions, passion, and behavior intention, in addition to the service quality of medical tourism, narcissism, and the Hallyu star attractiveness. The subjects of this study were 485 valid sample of Chinese persons who had considered cosmetic surgery tourism in Korea and the structural equation modeling by AMOS was used for analysis. This study showed that all variables of the fitness of model met all criteria, which therefore confirms the validity of the final model. As the result, 8 of the 9 hypotheses were statistically significant, with one hypothesis being partially significant. In this study, a new model to show the factors that affect the behavior of Chinese cosmetic surgery tourists and marketing suggestion were developed by using extended method on the goal-directed behavior model.en_US
