dc.description.abstract본 연구의 목적은 국내 대기업에서 팀원의 자기효능감이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 이 관계에 있어 팀원이 지각한 팀장 감성역량의 조절효과를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 대기업에 재직중인 사원/대리/과정급 325명을 대상으로 설문조사 후 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 팀원의 자기효능감이 정서적 몰입, 지속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 팀원의 자기효능감과 정서적 몰입, 지속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입의 관게에서 지각된 팀장 감성역량의 조절효과가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 팀장은 자기효능감이 높은 팀원의 감정을 이해하고 배려하여 새로운 기회와 목표를 설정하여 조직몰입을 이끌어내야 한다는 점을 시사한다. 또한 자기효능감이 높은 팀원에게 비전 및 변화를 주어 팀워크와 사기를 북돋아야 조직몰입을 이끌어낼 수 있다는 점을 내포한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 실무현장에서 팀원의 조직몰입을 촉진시키는 데에 긍정적 지표로 활용될 것이며 팀장과 팀원의 인식을 제고시켜 국내 대기업 팀제 조직의 성장과 발전에 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate Moderating Effect of Perceived Team Leader’s Emotional Competency between Team Member’s Self-Efficacy and Organizational Commitment in Korean Large Enterprises. This study addressed the following research questions: First, does team member’s self-efficacy influence organizational commitment? Second, in the relationship between team member’s self-efficacy and organizational commitment, does team leader’s emotional competency perceived from team member have some moderating effects? Data was collected via an off-line survey from 22th to 29th of april, 2015, and 325 final data used for analysis. For statistical processing, SPSS 21.0 was used for reliability, frequency analysis, correlational analysis, multiple regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows: First, as the result of multiple regression analysis, self-efficacy has the positive effect on organizational commitment: each of affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Second, In order to find out the moderating effect of team leader’s emotional competency perceived from team members, the multiple regression analysis was carried out. As a result, it was found that the moderating effect of team leader’s emotional competency perceived from team members have a significant effect on the team member’s self-efficacy, affirmative involvement, continuous involvement and normative commitment.en_US
