Abstract
Through comparison of assessment guidelines of green building certification system containing concept of sustainable development of buildings due to rapid industrialization and urbanization, this study has purpose of proposing fundamental data of design guideline research on the indoor environment field of apartment house items. Before proposing assessment guidelines of green building certification system as an alternative of elderly housing in the future common and non-common matters of comparison of specific items in the indoor environment field of G-SEED, CASBEE, LEED v4, and BREEAM were proposed step by step. For this, it is proposed that design guidelines by usage, space, characteristic of user, feature of region, season, and time is required.
