dc.description.abstract唐玄宗以帝王身份注󰡔道德經󰡕動機是實現無爲之治的統治理想。唐玄宗󰡔道德經󰡕禦注禦疏將無爲解爲如下。第一,他強調人民的安分和知足。人君不見崇貴才能的迹而不崇貴分外的才能,則民各安其分而足於其性。人民得其性而爲之,雖爲之而無爲。第二,他強調人君的兼忘。人民喪失真性而復入有爲之時,人君以無名之朴即道鎮靜人民的欲心。人民除去欲心之後,人君該遣道而又忘不欲道之欲。第三,他強調心和迹的無爲。上德的無爲是心體道而迹無爲,心含孕淳朴而適自無爲。簡言之,唐玄宗的無爲,一方面是人君以兼忘的心而無迹來使人民安分而知足之統治原理,另一方面是人民安分而知足來隨性分而生下去的生活方式。不過在唐玄宗看來,無爲之治的施行與否關鍵在於時代風俗的淳朴和淺薄。若時代風俗淳朴,人君能施行無爲之治。若時代風俗淺薄,人君不該施行無爲之治,反而該施行有爲之治來使淺薄的時代風俗歸於純樸。因此唐玄宗所言的有爲之治包含著無爲之治的理念。由此言之,唐玄宗認爲老子的無爲之治不是空虛的口號和理想,而是現在進行類的通治理念。而唐玄宗以此摸索李唐王朝的統治理念即無爲之治與他們實際施行的有爲之治即仁義禮之思想的統一。en_US
