중국의 근대 문화유산인 홍색성이 중국관광객의 북한관광 의사결정과정에 미치는 영향 -확장된 계획행동이론을 적용-

Abstract

본 연구에서는 세계적으로 크게 증가하고 있는 중국관광객의 관광행동을 살펴보고자 중국내에서 크게 성장하고 있는 근대유산관광인 홍색관광을 초점으로 살펴보았다. 홍색관광은 중국정부의 장려정책과 국민들의 노스탤지어로 인하여 중국의 국내관광에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지한다. 이러한 홍색관광의 특성인 홍색성이 해외여행에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중국과 북한의 육상통로인 단동에서 북한관광을 다녀온 중국관광객을 대상으로 현지조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 2013년 10월 15일부터 11월 15일까지 계통추출법으로 이루어졌다. 총 321부가 수거되었으며, 이 중 불성실하게 응답한 13부를 제외하고 308부가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 홍색관광이 중국관광객의 북한여행에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보기 위해 인간의 행동의도에 대한 설명력이 높은 계획행동이론에 홍색성을 추가하여 행동의도를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 홍색성은 북한관광의 태도뿐만 아니라 행동의도 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 태도보다는 주변의 중요한 사람들의 지지에 관한 주관적 규범이 행동의도에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 외부적 요인인 지각된 행동통제는 행동의도에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중국관광객의 북한관광은 과거의 혁명전사나 혁명적인 사건에 대한 추억인 홍색성이 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 시사한다. Red tourism is a kind of cultural heritage tourism of modern history of Chinese communist revolution. Chines government`s political promotion of such programs has significantly increased number of its tourists. The purpose of this study is to explore its influence on the Chinese tourists` re-visit intention to North Korea. The survey was given to Chinese tourists coming from their North Korea tour packages. The survey was designed to research the ‘Red tourism’ tourists behavioral intention from the perspective of the theory of planned behavior. The result shows that ‘Red tourism’ factor has significant effect on Chinese tourists` attitude and behavioral intention to North Korea tour programs. The results of the analysis show that red color has a significant effect on attitude and behavioral intention in North Korea Tourism. The implication of the study is that the characteristic of red color which rekindles historical personages and events has a significant effect on Chinese tourists in North Korea Tourism.
