dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the seismic performance in steel plate shear wall (SPSW) with HSA80 using numericalapproach. The specimens were constructed with 3-story frame structure, and a total of five specimens were planned. Themain variables were the frame type, plate thickness, and plate steel material. The experimental results showed that theHSA80 SPSW specimens exhibited excellent strength, deformation capacity, and energy dissipation capacity. To predict thenonlinear behavior of the test specimens, a finite element analysis model was constructed based on the experimental results.The applicability of finite element analysis was validated through the comparison between existing test results and numericalpredictions. As a result, the numerical model showed good correspondence with the experimental results.en_US
