한국무용 전공생의 지각된 교육서비스품질이 학습만족 및 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Korean dance major education service quality, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement factors to test the influence of Korean dance major education service quality currently provided to Korean dance majors at a time when the importance of education service quality is increasing. The subjects of this study were Korean dance majors attending H, S, S, and Y universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and samples representing the population were extracted using convenience sampling method among non-probability sampling methods for a total of one month from January to February 2023. Specific data processing methods used frequency analysis exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, among the sub-factors of educational service quality recognized by Korean dance students, typology, reliability, and reactivity had a significant effect on learning satisfaction. In addition, among the sub-factors of educational service quality, typology and reliability had a significant effect on academic achievement, and learning satisfaction had a significant effect on academic achievement.

본 연구의 목적은 대학 및 전공에서 제공하는 교육서비스품질의 중요성이 점차 대두되는 이 시기에 한국무용 전공생을 대상으로 현재 제공되고 있는 한국무용 전공 교육서비스품질의 영향력을 검정하기 위해 한국무용 전공 교육서비스품질과 학습만족 및 학업성취도 요인간의 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 H, S, S, Y 대학에 재학 중인 한국무용 전공생을 모집단으로 선정하여 2023년 1월부터 2월까지 총 1개월간 비확률표본추출법 중 편의추출법을 이용하여 모집단을 대표할 수 있는 표본을 추출하였다. 구체적인 자료처리 방법은 빈도분석 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 한국무용 전공생이 인지하고 있는 교육서비스품질 하위요인 중 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성은 학습만족에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 교육서비스품질 하위요인 중 유형성, 신뢰성은 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 학습만족은 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 한국무용 전공생에게 제공되는 교육서비스품질의 유형성, 신뢰성, 그리고 반응성을 높일 수 있다면 한국무용 전공생이 지각하는 학습만족 및 학업성취도를 높일 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 학습만족을 높일 수 있다면 학업성취도 역시 높일 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
