커스터마이징 공간구성을 활용한 도시주거 복합타운

Abstract

현대 사회에서는 소득수준의 증가와 함께 더불어 더 나은 삶의 질을 충족시키고자 다양성과 차별성을 반영한 환경이 필요하다. 지금의 도시는 주거, 업무, 문화, 상업시설들의 분화되는 현상으로 인해 공동화 현상이 발생하고, 섬처럼 고립되어 도시 속의 도시를 만들었다. 수직으로 높게 쌓아 올려가 주거는 이웃과의 단절을 만들고 규격화, 표준화에 따라 다양성이 결여되어 간다.

도시가 점차 폐쇄적으로 변해가는 상황에서, 도시 속 공유하는 삶을 통해 이웃과 사회적 교류를 증가시키고 가변적인 주거 평면과 수직적인 공간 배치를 통해 지역 사회의 공동체 의식을 활성화하는 것에 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 제안하는 도시 주거 복합타운은 유연하게 수직적 공간을 이동할 수 있는 나선형 공간구조 방식과 커스터마이징 공간구성을 통해 주거와 상업시설 간에 다양한 공간구성을 만들어 주거의 확장, 축소와 함께 문화, 상업시설들이 다양한 영역으로 확장되어 가는 주거를 제시한다.

따라서 본 연구에서는 기존에 주거복합시설의 진화 과정을 살피고, 기능적 구성 방식과 지역사회의 관련성을 알아보며, 현재 주거복합시설의 문제점들에 대하여 개선 방안을 고찰해 봄으로써 앞으로 주거의 새로운 방향을 제안해 보고자 한다.|In modern society, an environment reflecting diversity and differentiation is needed to meet a better quality of life along with an increase in income level. In the current city, the phenomenon of hollowing out occurs due to the differentiation of housing, business, culture, and commercial facilities, and is isolated like an island to create a city in the city. By stacking vertically high, housing creates a disconnection with neighbors and lacks diversity according to standardization and standardization.

The purpose of this study is to increase social exchanges with neighbors through shared life in the city and to revitalize the community's sense of community through variable residential planes and vertical space arrangements. The urban residential complex town proposed through this study presents a residence in which cultural and commercial facilities are expanded into various areas along with the expansion and reduction of housing by creating various spatial compositions between residential and commercial facilities through a spiral space structure and customized space composition that can flexibly move vertical spaces.

Therefore, this study proposes a new direction for housing in the future by examining the evolution of existing residential complexes, examining the relationship between functional composition and local communities, and considering ways to improve the problems of current residential complexes.
