dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the enhanced luminous efficiency of organic light-emitting device (OLED) fabricated utilizing the perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) acting as color conversion film with a mixed scattering and photonic crystal layer.[1] The electroluminescence intensity of OLED by using a PeQDs color conversion layer with mixed layer at 560 nm was 1.6 times higher than that of OLED by using the color conversion without a mixed layer. The improvement in luminous efficiency of the OLED with a mixed layer originated from the reduction of the total internal reflection and the enhancement of out the coupling efficiency resulting from the existence of the color conversion layer with a mixed layer.-
