성인초기 미혼남녀의 불안애착이 관계중독에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 성인초기 미혼남녀의 불안애착이 관계중독으로 가는 경로에서 정서표현 양가성과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 순차매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위해 전국 20대에서 30대의 성인 미혼남녀 414명을 대상으로 불안애착 척도, 정서표현 양가성 척도, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략 척도, 관계중독 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistic 26.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.1을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안애착, 정서표현 양가성, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략, 관계중독은 모두 상호 간의 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 불안애착이 관계중독의 관계에서 정서표현 양가성의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 불안애착이 관계중독의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 부분매개효과를 가진다는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 불안애착이 정서표현 양가성과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 순차적으로 매개해 관계중독에 이르게 되는 경로가 유의미함을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 의의 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 성인초기 미혼남녀를 대상으로 개인이 맺을 수 있는 모든 관계경험으로 범위를 확장하여 불안애착이 관계중독으로 가는 경로에서 정서표현 양가성이 유의미하다는 것을 밝혀내었는데, 이는 불안애착과 관계중독의 기제에서 대상과 범위를 확장하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 둘째, 불안애착과 관계중독으로의 경로에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과를 연령대를 확장해 재검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 셋째, 본 연구는 성인초기 미혼남녀의 불안애착이 관계중독으로 가는 경로에서 정서표현 양가성과 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 순차매개효과를 검증하여 선행연구들을 구조적으로 통합하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.|The purpose of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effect of ambivalence over expressing emotion and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the path of anxious attachment of unmarried men and women in their early adulthood to relationship addiction. For the study, a questionnaire was conducted on 414 unmarried men and women in their 20s to 30s nationwide using the anxious attachment scale, ambivalence over expressing emotion scale, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy scale, and relationship addiction scale. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistic 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro 4.1. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, anxious attachment, ambivalence over expressing emotion, maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy, and relationship addiction all showed significant positive correlations with each other. Second, the partial mediating effect of ambivalence over expressing emotion was confirmed in the path of anxious attachment to relationship addiction. Third, it was confirmed that anxious attachment had a partial mediating effect of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy in the path to relationship addiction. Fourth, it was confirmed that anxious attachment sequentially mediated ambivalence over expressing emotion and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy to lead to relationship addiction. The significance and implications of this study are as follows. First, this study expanded the scope of all possible relationship experiences for unmarried men and women in early adulthood and found that ambivalence over expressing emotion was significant in the path of anxious attachment and relationship addiction. Second, it is significant in that it expanded and re-verified the mediating effect of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the path of anxious attachment and relationship addiction. Third, this study is significant in that it structurally integrated previous studies by verifying the sequential mediating effect of ambivalence over expressing emotion and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the path of anxious attachment to relationship addiction in early adulthood.
