Abstract
현재산업현장에서는수많은센서들이곳곳에서구동되고있다.전선연결이나배터리교체가어려운위치의센서는자가발전형독립전원이필요하다.또한,산업현장은저소음,저진동의환경이추구되고있다.다음의조건을고려하여자기력을이용한자가발전방식의압전에너지하베스터가연구되고있다. 압전소자는소자가갖고있는고유공진주파수에서가장높은발전량을보인다.압전소자의발전량이아무리높다하더라도국내현장에자기형압전에너지하베스터를적용하기위해서는하베스터의공진주파수를60Hz로세팅을하여야한다.공진주파수를조정하는방법으로압전소자의길이를늘리거나압전소자에팁매스를달아서무게를올리는방법이있다.그러나압전소자의길이를늘리는것은환경적제약이있고무게를늘리게되면압전소자가깨지게되는내구성문제가발생한다. 그리하여다음논문에서는기존의방식과달리스프링을이용해압전소자를지지하여자기형압전에너지하베스팅시스템의강성을줄여서자기형압전에너지하베스팅시스템의공진주파수대를조정하였다.실험결과,자기형압전에너지하베스팅시스템의공진주파수를59Hz즉,60Hz대로조정할수있었고,전력은스프링을사용하지않았을때110.77μW보다스프링을적용하였을때424.81μW로높은발전량을보였다.또한계산값과실험값이일치함을증명하였다.다음실험결과를통하여어떠한조건에서도스프링을이용해서자기형압전에너지하베스터의공진주파수대를조정함으로써산업현장에적용이가능한모델을디자인하였다.
