dc.description.abstract | 개방형혁신의수행에영향을미치는다양한요소로인해개방형혁신은성공적일수만은없다.이러한이유로개방형혁신문헌에서혁신성과창출을위한성공적인개방형혁신에영향을미치는기업의역량을고려하는연구가진행되었다.특히기업의역량중에서도최근에는기업가지향성을개방형혁신의성공적인수행을도울수있는중요한요소로볼수있다는점에서최근에는개방형혁신과혁신성과사이에서기업가지향성의조절효과를검증하는연구가진행되었다.하지만내향형개방형혁신인외부지식탐색전략연구에서외부지식을원천에따라나누어진행하는연구는부족하였다.이에본연구는2020년KIS제조업부문을활용하여기업가지향성이지식탐색의원천에따라구분한외부지식탐색전략과참신성에따라구분한상품혁신간의관계에서어떠한조졀효과를보이는지알아보았다.그결과시장중심적탐색은상품혁신에정(+)의영향을미치는것으로나타났으며,과학중심적탐색은상품혁신에유의한영향을미치지않는것으로나타났다.기업가지향성의조절효과는시장중심적탐색과급진적상품혁신간의관계에서만유의하게나타났다.본연구의결과는경영자에게기업역량에대한의사결정및정책입안자의지원정책수립에도함의를주기에실무적,정책적으로도기여한다고사료된다.|Openinnovationscholarshaveexaminedtheroleoffirms’capabilitiesintheopeninnovationprocess.Recently,researchershavebegunstudyinghowentrepreneurialorientation(EO)asanorganizationalcapabilityaffectsopeninnovationperformance.However,previousstudiesonexternalknowledgesearchasanopeninnovationpracticerarelydistinguishedthesourcesofexternalknowledgedespiteitsheterogeneity.Thus,thisresearchaimstoshedlightonthemoderatingroleofEOontheeffectsoftwodifferenttypesofexternalknowledgesearch(market-drivenandscience-drivensearch)andproductinnovation.Totesttheseeffects,weemployedthehierarchicalregressionanalysisusingtheKoreanInnovationSurvey(KIS)2020collectedbytheScienceandTechnologyPolicyInstitute(STEPI).Theresultsshowedthatmarket-drivensearchpositivelyaffectsproductinnovation,whereasscience-drivensearchhasnosignificanteffectonproductinnovation.Furthermore,werevealedthatfirms'EOonlysignificantlymoderatestherelationshipbetweenmarket-drivensearchandradicalproductinnovation. | - |
