내·외부 구동력이 지속 가능한 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

With the increase in social risks and the complex competitive environment of the supply chain, the concept of sustainability has been gradually integrated into industrial development. From a global perspective, more and more companies are focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and engaging in activities related to Environment, Society, Governance (ESGs), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Against this background, the absence of social responsibility still occurs frequently, which has greatly affected the sustainable development of enterprises and society. However, in current research, there is more research on economic, environmental, and other factors that affect the results of sustainable development, and relatively little research on social factors. Secondly, in the study of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility is an important way to maintain sustainable development. However, most of the current research on social responsibility takes a single enterprise as the analysis unit to study the driving factors and behavioral results of fulfilling a single enterprise's social responsibility. However, as the core of market competition has become supply chain competition, the boundary of CSR should also be extended from the past single enterprise to the whole supply chain. Therefore, what factors will affect the implementation of supply chain social responsibility and how to improve sustainable supply chain results are very important. This study summarizes and analyzes domestic and foreign literature on supply chain social responsibility and sustainable supply chain performance. Grasp the current status of the theoretical background. Based on literature research, this paper analyzes which factors influence the social responsibility of the supply chain and the performance of a sustainable supply chain, and constructs the index system of driving force inside and outside the supply chain organization. Then, empirical research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis of the sample population, frequency and reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and mediated regression analysis were carried out on the collected data. According to the analysis, moral driving force, contract driving force, interest driving force, public policy driving force, social obligation driving force, and demand driving force will have a positive impact on supply chain performance.| 사회적 위기가 증가하고 공급사슬 경쟁 환경이 복잡해지고 지속 가능한 발전 개념이 점차 산업 발전으로 통합되었다. 세계적인 관점에서 점점 더 많은 기업이 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)을 수행하고 환경, 사회, 관리(ESG) 및 지속 가능한 개발 목표(SDGs)와 관련된 활동에 적극적으로 참여하기 시작하였다.이상의 배경에서 사회적 책임의 결여사건(CSIR)는 여전히 끊임없고 발생하였다. 따라서 기업과 사회의 지속 가능한 발전에 큰 영향을 미친다. 그러나 현재 선행연구에서는 지속가능한 발전의 성과에 영향을 미치는 경제, 환경 등의 요인에 대한 연구가 많지만 사회적 요인에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적다. 또한, 지속 가능한 발전 연구에서 기업이 사회적 책임을 담당하는 것은 지속 가능한 발전을 유지하는 중요한 방법이다. 하지만 현재 사회적 책임에 대한 대부분의 연구는 단일 기업을 분석 단위로 하여 단일 기업이 사회적 책임을 수행하는 동인과 행동 결과를 연구하였다.하지만 시장 경쟁의 핵심이 공급사슬 경쟁이 되었기 때문에 기업의 사회적 책임의 경계도 과거 단일 기업에서 전체 공급사슬으로 확장해야 하다. 따라서 어떤 요소가 공급사슬 사회책임의 실행에 대한 영향을 미칠지, 또 어떻게 지속가능 공급사슬 성과를 높일지가 중요하다. 본 연구는 공급사슬 사회책임등 이론 연구, 지속가능한 공급사슬 성과 연구에 대한 국내외 문헌을 우선 요약 분석한다. 이론배경의 현황데 대한 파악하다. 어떤 요소가 공급사슬 사회책임 및 지속 가능한 공급사슬 성과에 대한 영향을 미치는지 문헌연구를 바탕으로 분석하여 공급사슬 조직 내외부 구동력의 지표체계를 구축하였다. 다음으로 설문조사를 통해 실증연구를 실시하여 수집된 데이터에 대한 표본 인구 통계적 분석, 빈도 및 신뢰도 분석, 요인 분석, 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석, 매개 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석에 따라 도덕 구동력, 계약 구동력, 이익 구동력, 공공정책 구동력, 사회의무 구동력,수요 구동력은 공급사슬 성과에 순방향적 영향을 미칠 수 있다.
