항공서비스학과의 교육과정품질이 객실승무원의 지각된 직무자신감 및 직무적응에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 항공서비스학과의 교육과정품질과 객실승무원의 지각된 직무 자신감 및 직무적응의 영향관계에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 즉, 항공서비스학과의 교육과정품질 중 어떠한 것들이 객실승무원으로서 자신감 있게 업무를 수행하게 해주었는지 분석하고 교육과정품질로 인해 형성된 직무자신감이 결과적으로 직무에 적응하는 데에 있어서 미치는 영향에 대해 규명하여 객실승무원의 직무 및 조직적합성을 높여 빠르고 높은 성과를 얻길 원하는 항공사의 채용과정에 있어 도움이 되는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.본 연구의 설문 조사는 항공서비스학을 전공한 현직 객실승무원을 대상으로 실시되었다. 온라인 설문방식을 통해 총 299부의 유효한 설문지를 SPSS Statistics/Amos 26 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 항공서비스학과의 6가지 교육과정품질중 이미지메이킹, 항공 업무 일반, 항공 안전, 외국어 교육은 객실승무원의 지각된 직무 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 기내 서비스와 스피치 및 프레젠테이션 교육은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 또한 교육과정품질로 인해 형성된 객실승무원의 지각된 직무 자신감은 직무 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공서비스학을 전공한 현직 객실승무원을 대상으로 항공서비스학과의 교육과정품질이 직무자신감 및 직무적응에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하여 항공사의 채용과정에 또 다른 기준을 제시하고 직무 부적응으로 인한 신입승무원의 이탈 방지를 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.| This study aims to study the relationship between the quality of the curriculum of the Department of Airline Service and the cabin crew's perceived job confidence and job adaptation. In other words, by identifying the influence relationship between variables, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data in the recruitment process of airlines that want to obtain fast and high performance by increasing the job and organizational suitability of cabin crew members. A total of 299 questionnaire surveys were conducted with cabin crew members who majored the Department of Airline Service. The questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS Statistics, Amos 26 program. As a result of the analysis, among the six curriculum qualities of the Department of Airline Service, image making, general aviation service, aviation safety, and foreign language education had a significant effect on the cabin crew's perceived job confidence, but in-flight service and speech and presentation education did not have a significant effect on the cabin crew’s perceived job confidence. In addition, it was found that the cabin crew's perceived job confidence formed by the quality of the curriculum had a significant effect on job adaptation. Therefore, based on these results, this study discussed practical implications and suggested directions for follow-up studies.
