피부색 영역내의 하알 유사 특징에 기반한 유해 영상 분류 방법

Abstract

본 논문에서는 유해 영상을 검출하기 위해 하알 유사(Haar-like) 특징을 이용한 유해 영상 분류 방법을 제안한다. 첫 번째 단계에는 피부색 검출 방법을 적용하여 피부색 영역을 추출하고 모폴로지 연산을 수행하여 잡음을 제거 한다. 두 번째 단계에는 검출된 피부색 영역 내의 하알 유사 특징을 추출한다. 마지막으로, 각각 5,000장의 유해, 무해 영상에서 추출한 특징들을 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 이용하여 학습한다. 학습된 모델을 이용하여 입력 영상의 유해, 무해 여부를 판단하여 분류한다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법을 통해 1000장을 실험하여 982장의 유해영상을 검출해 98%의 유해 영상 분류율을 얻을 수 있었다.;In this paper, we propose a classification method of adult images using haar-like features. In the first step, we detect skin color regions from input images and eliminate noise regions by using morphological operation. In the second step, haar-like features are extracted from the detected skin color regions. In the final step, by learning features extracted by using SVM in terms of 5,000 images of adult and non-adult image, adult and non-adult images are classified. Experimental results have shown that the proposed method by experiments with 1000 of 982 adult images detect classification rate of 98% obtained effectively.
