힐링 트렌드가 반영된 기능성 섬유 제품 사례 분석

Abstract

현대 사회는 갈등과 경쟁이 치열한 스트레스 사회이다. 그 속에서 살아가는 현대인들은 내·외부적으로환경에서 쉽게 스트레스를 받는다. 이로 인해 육체적,정신적 질병에 시달리는 사람들이 매년 증가 하고 있다. 그래서 병원에서는 일반적인 질병 치료만이 아닌심신 회복을 위한 복합적인 치유가 대안으로 떠오르고 있다, 현대인들은 현재 삶에서 질병의 예방을 넘어치료뿐만 아니라 치유를 원한다. 이러한 현상 속에 힐링에 대한 관심이 높이지고 있고 이에 관한 다양한상품들이 주목 받으며 성장하고 있다. 현대 디자인은과거 기계적인 생산시스템으로 인하여 소홀히 해왔던인간중심의 디자인으로 변화 하고 있다. 더 이상 생산적인 면과 유행의 흐름을 따르는 미적인 측면에서의디자인이 아닌 좀 더 복합적인 접근 방법으로서 자연과 사회, 인간 내면과의 소통 등으로 디자인 발전 방향의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며 그로 인하여 디자이너들이 제품을 디자인함에 있어 소비자들의 감성적인요소에 보다 깊이 접근해 가고 있다. 이것은 국가와사회 구성원등과 공존할 수 있는 사회적 문제의 개선을 추구해가며 디자인이 현대사회의 중요한 영역으로자리 잡아가고 있음을 의미 한다. 신체적, 사회·심리적 특성에 따른 힐링 환경의 개발요구가 점차 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내의 힐링 트렌드에 대한 정의및 개념과 발생배경을 바탕으로 이를 분석, 연구하여힐링 트렌드가 적용된 디자인 제품 중 기능성 섬유제품의 사례를 중심으로 현황을 고찰 하였다. 현재 힐링를 위한 기능성 섬유 제품 개발에 도움이 되는 기초 자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.;The modern design has been changing into onedominating a human-centered life, which was neglectedfor a long time because of the past mechanicalproduction system. Beyond the productive aspect andaesthetic aspect pursuing fashion trends, the moderndesign puts on more emphasis on the communicationbetween nature, society and human nature as morecomplex approaches, thus making designers moredeeply approach consumers’ emotional factors whendesigning new products. Such a change in designimplies that the modern design is being positioned asone of the most important domains for the modernsociety, while pursuing the settlement of socialproblems, resulting in the coexistence of a state andcitizens. Besides, as the term, ‘Service Design’, hasbeen popular as a buzzword for the past years, thehospital design is attracting a lot of attention as atypical domain of the service design. In fact, the servicedesign, attracting lots of attention in Korea a present,is rather similar to the commercial design dominatedby a business perspective based on the creation ofprofits. Due to the rapidly-increasing number of nuclearfamilies, families’ function to support elderly people isbeing weakened, and as the number of healthy elderlyone-person households is sharply increasing, there aremore demands for concrete policy implementationdirections for the relevant welfare and healingenvironments according to the physical andsociopsychological characteristics of the elderlypeople.Thus, this study aims to investigate the presentstates of the space design of oversea and domesticmedical centers for healing, and it is expected that theresults of this study will be used as basic materialshelpful for the space design of medical centers forhealing which can carefully consider patients’psychological states and the range of their activities inthe coexistence with nature.
