엘리베이터 조작패널 레이아웃의 안전성 향상을 위한 가이드라인 제안 - 장애인용 엘리베이터 조작패널을 중심으로 -

Abstract

불특정 다수의 사람들이 이용하는 엘리베이터의 경우, 다양한 연령층과 신체적 특성, 성별의 구분 없이 원하는 목적지를 찾아갈 수 있도록 하는 인터페이스가 필요하다. 이에 다양한 사람들의 환경에 따른 요구를 충족시키기 위해 표준화된 디자인이 요구되고 있다.

본 연구에서는 단순히 사람과 화물을 운반하는 기능만을 중시하는 엘리베이터가 아닌 공공기기의 한 부분으로서 엘리베이터 조작패널의 개선과 사용자에게 안전하고 편리한 디자인을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 엘리베이터 회사들 중 4개 회사를 선정하여 회사별 엘리베이터 조작패널 레이아웃 표준안들의 특징을 조사하고, 공통적인 인터페이스의 제공을 위하여 시각적 안전성 평가기법인 What-If 기법에 시각적 디자인요소를 구성하여 설문을 분석하였다.

이와 같은 조사와 실험은 시각적으로 빠르게 인지되는 순서에 따라 조작패널 레이아웃의 재정립과 디자인 세부지침에 따른 계획을 통한 가이드라인에 제시되는 것으로 한다.

이에 본 논문의 결과는 향후 엘리베이터 조작패널 레이아웃의 설계 시 기초 자료로 제공되는데 활용될 것으로 기대된다.;An elevator, unspecified majority use, need an interface that let people can go to their destination no matter what users age groups, physical characteristics and genders are. Therefore, a standardized elevator control panel design that can satisfy various people’s demands is strongly required. The purpose of this research is not only providing a control panel design that simply focused on transporting people and objects, but also providing a safer and more convenient elevator control panel design as a public instrument. To provide a common interface, we analysis of the survey using a What-If method which is a stability evaluation method based on visual design elements. Such research and experiments in order to visualize the manipulation panel layout is quickly reestablishing of the plan and design, through detailed instructions that will provide guidelines. It is expected that the result of this paper can be applied to provide a basic data when designers need to design an elevator control panel layout in the future.
