지역문화의 정체성과 경쟁력 강화를 위한고고역사유적 활용방안 - 경기 하남 이성산성의 예를 중심으로 -

Abstract

한 지역의 고고역사유적은 우리 조상이 만들어낸 당시의 생활양식과 문화를 그대로 담아내고 있다는 점에서 존재의미가 있다. 이러한 측면에서 경기도 하남시에위치한 이성산성은 신라의 한강 유역 점유와 경영, 그리고 삼국의 통일과정에 있어군사적ㆍ행정적 중심지로서 핵심적인 역할을 수행한 곳으로, 고고역사유적을 지역문화의 대표적인 콘텐츠로 활용할 수 있는 매우 적절한 예라고 판단된다. 따라서본고에서는 다음의 내용을 중심으로 이성산성의 활용을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

첫째, 학술조사 계획의 수립과 활용, 둘째, 유구 정비ㆍ복원 계획 수립과 활용, 셋째, 유적 활용도를 높이기 위한 주변 환경의 정비, 넷째, 교육 및 관광프로그램의개발과 운영이다.

지역문화콘텐츠의 가치제고와 문화적 정체성은 대중의 관심과 이해를 구하는 과정 속에서 완성될 수 있으며, 대중의 문화적 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 항구적인프로그램을 제공하는 것이 유적의 보존에 가장 유리한 환경을 제공한다는 점에서, 고고역사유적 보존과 활용의 최종 단계는 결국 일반 대중들과의 관계설정에 달려있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 고고역사유적의 활용방안에서 가장 중요한 것은 교육프로그램을 통해 유적의 학술적 가치와 역사적 의미 부각, 주변 문화유적과의 연계를통한 문화경관 조성하고 나아가 지역의 문화적 정체성과 경쟁력을 제고하는 것이라고 생각된다.

또한 한 지역의 고고역사유적은 스토리텔링을 통해 가공되고 재구성되면서 역사성, 전통성, 고유성을 지닌 독특한 문화콘텐츠로서의 가치도 지니게 되고 지역민의문화적 정체성을 확립할 수 있다는 점에서 고고역사유적을 활용한 스토리텔링의 구성이 절대적으로 필요하다고 생각된다. 결국 고고역사유적은 해당 유적이 일반대중에게 화석과 같은 존재가 아니라 지역의 고유한 생활문화콘텐츠의 원천이라는측면에서 적극적으로 활용되어야 한다. 보존과 활용은 유적의 특성과 가치, 중요성에 대한 이해와 분석으로부터 시작되며, 지속적인 연구를 통해 고고역사유적에 대한이해와 지식을 축적하고 이를 활용하여 문화콘텐츠로 순환시키는 노력이 필요하다.;The archaeological sites in a region are meaningful in that they represent the lifestyle and culture of our ancestors. So depending on how to utilize the archaeological site, it will be possible to rediscover the historical, cultural and academic values of local cultural heritages. In this regard, the Iseong Sanseong Fortress in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province plays a key role in the Silla’s possession and management of the Han River and unification of the three kingdoms. It is considered to be a very pertinent example to use archaeological sites as a representative content for local cultures. Therefore, the following are the main points of view for the utilization of Iseongsanseong Fortress.

First, the research plan was developed and utilized, and second, maintenance, restoration planning and use of sites, and third, the development and operation of education and tourism programs to increase utilization of historical sites.

Raising the value of local cultural contents and establishing a cultural identity is done with the interests and interests of the public. The final stage of the conservation and utilization of archaeological sites depends on the fact that the provision of permanent programs to satisfy the public’s cultural desires provides the most favorable environment for preserving historical sites. Therefore, the most important thing in the use of historical sites is to establish cultural landscape by highlighting the academic values of historical sites through education programs and connecting them with neighboring cultural sites. Furthermore, it is thought that it is to enhance cultural identity and competitiveness of the area.

The archaeological site in a region is constructed and reconstructed through storytelling, creating value as a unique cultural content with its historicity, tradition, and uniqueness, and establishing local cultural identity. I think the composition of storytelling utilizing archaeological sites is essential.

Ultimately, the utilization of archaeological sites should be actively utilized in terms of the fact that they are not fossil-like creatures to the general public, but a source of unique local lifestyle and content. Conservation and utilization begins with the understanding and analysis of the characteristics, values, and significance of historical sites, and is circulated by the efforts of culture to utilize knowledge and understanding of archaeological sites.
