dc.description.abstractThe synthesis of carbocyclic 1-[4-(hydroxymethyl)cyclopent-2-enyl]-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxamide (6a) and its derivatives was achieved from triol 10 in excellent overall yield. This route involves a Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction as a key step.-
