- Abstract
- 서비스 산업의 비중이 점차적으로 증가함에 따라 효과적인 서비스 프로토타입 개발과 테스트가 중요해지고 있다. 서비스 실험실은 현실의 서비스 를 개선 및 분석하기 위하여 서비스 프로토타입을 만들고 가상현실에서 실험하는 환경이다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 실험실의 전체 시스템 구성을 소개하고 가상현실에서 서비스 프로토타입을 구현하는기술을 소개한다. 서비스 프로토타입 구현을 위하여 서비스 실행 시스템과 데이터베이스를 연동하여 서비스 프로세스에 따른 서비스 장면을 가시화하는 서비스 프로토타이핑 환경을 구축하였다. 자동차 무인 판매 서비스를 대상으로 서비스 프로토타입 구현 예시를 설명한다.
