확률적 수요를 갖는 유통시스템의 효율적 계약방식

Abstract

본 논문은 확률적 수요를 가지며 단일 생산자와 단일 구매자로 구성된 유통시스템의 효율

적인 공급관리방식에 관한 연구이다. 분석하려는 시스템에서는 제품 생산자가 구매자와 공급

계약을 체결한 후 매 기간 초에 필요한 양을 구매자에게 공급해주게 된다. 본 연구는 이와 같

은 시스템을 대상으로 새로운 형태의 공급방식을 제안하고 이 공급방식으로 관리되는 시스템

에 대하여 공급자와 구매자의 모형을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 모형들을 기준으로 공급자와

구매자의 비용을 최소화하는 최적공급방식을 도출하고 이를 수치실험을 통하여 검증하였다.;In this paper we analyze a logistic system, which is composed of a manufacturer and a

buyer, with a stochastic end-customer’s demand. In the system we are analyzing, the

buyer and the manufacturer make a supply contract by which the manufacturer

periodically replenishes a necessary amount to the buyer. This paper proposes a new

replenishment policy and build mathematical models from each party’s perspectives. Based

on the models, we derive a cost minimizing replenishment policy and test the effectiveness

of it through computational experiments.
