dc.description.abstract일반적으로 부동산 개발사업은 기획(계획)-사업준비-건축-유지 및 관리 단계를 거치게 된다. 실무 전문가를 대상으로 각단계별 및 세부 항목별 상대적 중요도를 분석하기 위해 AHP 기법을 사용하였고, 상대적 중요도가 가장 높은 건축 단계를 대상으로 리스크의 모니터링 및 관리 모델을 제시하였다. 우선 건축 단계의 RBS를 작성하여 AHP기법의 최하위계층을 구성하고있는 리스크 항목을 이해하였고, 리스크의 사전 예측 및 예측된리스크를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 리스크 모니터링 지수를도입 및 개발하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제시한 모델의 완성도를 높이기 위해 Risk Register의 개념을 도입하였고, 개별 Risk Register와 중앙 Risk Register를 사용하여 실무상 발생할(하는) 리스크를 효율적으로 관리하고자 하였다.-
