Abstract
This study proposed a LCCO2 assessment method using BIM(Building Information Modeling) and reviewed the potential of applying that. In the construction stage, Extracted 17 kinds of construction material quantity based on BIM modeling and calculated CO2 emissions. In the building operation stage, Evaluated cooling and heating load using IES VE which is Assessment program of environmental performance. The maintenance stage were calculated by existing research data, and the dissolution/disposal stage calculated amount of waste and evaluated CO2 emissions. Also, the potential of applying an assessment method using BIM was evaluated in connection with existing research data.
